Understanding your ranking position is the only accurate starting point
Most SEO work starts with assumptions. A site gets some changes, some links, some content, and the team waits to see if rankings move. The problem is that without a detailed baseline of where you actually rank now -- across every keyword that matters in your market, not just the ones you are already tracking -- there is no way to know whether the work is responsible for any movement you observe.
The Search Ranking Analysis builds that baseline. We use Search Console data, third-party rank tracking tools, and a full keyword gap analysis to map your current positions across your entire relevant keyword universe: informational queries, commercial queries, branded queries, and local queries where applicable.
The analysis covers up to five competitors ranked ahead of you for your primary commercial terms. For each competitor, we identify the specific pages that are outranking you, the keywords they rank for that you do not, and the technical and content differences that explain the gap.
The output is a structured PDF report with three sections: a complete ranking map showing your current positions across all tracked terms, a competitor analysis showing the gaps, and a prioritized action list sorted by ranking impact versus implementation effort. The report comes with a 45-minute walkthrough call where we go through the findings and answer questions.
