Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By requesting work before the 14-day period expires, you acknowledge this right is waived once work commences.

2. When Refunds Apply

• We are unable to begin within 5 business days due to circumstances on our side
• A deliverable is not completed within the agreed timeframe due to our failure

3. When Refunds Do Not Apply

• Work has commenced and a first deliverable has been provided
• Client delays in providing access
• Rankings do not improve as expected (no rankings are guaranteed)

4. Process

Email contact@seo-prime.com within 14 days. Approved refunds are returned via Stripe within 5-10 business days.
